How to Add Users on CODOT

Tip: Assign roles carefully to keep your workspace secure. Editors have full control over content, players, and player groups, while viewers are best suited for monitoring or review purposes without the ability to make changes.
Quick Steps

Go to Users
Navigate to Settings → Users and click New User.

Enter User Details
Add the user’s email, name, and password.

Choose a Role
Select Editor or Viewer based on the level of access needed.

Create the User
Click Create User to add them to your workspace.
Step 1 — Open Users
Go to Settings → Users and click New User.
Step 2 — Enter User Information
Fill in the following details:

Email address

Name
-
Password
Step 3 — Select User Role
Choose the appropriate role:

Editor
Editors have full access to content, players, and player groups.
Make sure you trust this user before assigning this role. -
Viewer
Viewers can see information but cannot make changes.
