How to Publish Content on CODOT

Tip: You can always return to this page to unpublish or update your content at any time.
Quick Steps

Click “+ New”
Open the Content page and click + New to create a new item.

Upload your file
Choose your file (image, video, or layout) and add a name if needed.

Click the three dots (â‹®) → Publish
Once it’s saved, open the â‹® menu next to your content and select Publish.

Select players and confirm
Choose the players or playlists that should show this content, then click Publish to go live.
Step 1 — Create New Content
Click + New to create a new content item.
This is where you upload videos, images, or layouts for your screens.
Step 2 — Upload Your File
Upload your media file in one click.
CODOT supports images, videos, and full-screen layouts.
Step 3 — Open the Publish Menu
After saving, click the three dots (â‹®) next to your content. Then click Publish.
This opens the publish menu.
Step 4 — Select Where to Publish
Choose which players or player groups should display the content.
You can publish to one or multiple screens at the same time.
